I'm energized to be back at it with a busy week in Sarasota after a lovely few days of personal time in Costa Rica.
I lived in Costa Rica from age 3 to 5. My parents owned a magnetic engineering company and outsourced much of their manufacturing there, so our family spent several years immersed in this beautiful country and its culture.
Although I was very young, I still have vivid memories of the rainforest - the brilliant blue morpho butterflies, bullfrogs, and those unforgettable red-eyed tree frogs. Returning as an adult has been incredibly special. From hiking through the lush rainforest in Manuel Antonio on both daytime and nighttime tours to swimming beneath waterfalls, spotting sloths and monkeys, and reconnecting with the incredible wildlife, culture, and people, every moment has brought those childhood memories rushing back. It has reminded me why Costa Rica holds such a special place in my heart and why "Pura Vida" is so much more than a saying - it's a way of life.
