As part of our recurring marketing strategy, the MKT Team hosts open houses to showcase our listings and to broadcast their features to both our peer audience of several thousand regional real estate professionals and to potential buyers in and out of market. Open houses are an excellent way to invite home seekers to experience the livability not just of a property but of its surroundings as well.
