Well-Priced Inventory is Moving Quickly
We're thrilled to share that several of our recent listings have gone under contract very quickly, illustrating the market trend that strategic pricing is a key driver in moving inventory.
Each of these Downtown listings welcomed a buyer swiftly after listing. The appeal of the locations and residences speak for themselves - it's hard to top the amenities and lifestyle of Downtown Sarasota. But there's another factor in the pace of the transactions, and that is the sellers' advantageous pricing. The market has shifted since the frenzy we've seen in the last couple of years, but there are still many eager buyers looking for properties in every price range. Right now, we're seeing that properties priced strategically are attracting swift offers from well-prepared buyers.
Sarasota's return to seasonality means that there will be fewer properties available as the temperatures rise. Some sellers simply are not in town during the warmest months and others who stay local decide to wait until the residential population swells over winter months.
